We recommend large events book 6-8 weeks in advance, especially during peak seasons. However, we will always try and accommodate last-minute orders.
Yes. Everything is Custom Decorated, Ordered and Designed specifically for your event, so we do require full payment to secure your event date and time. 50% is a non-refundable deposit Cancellations no later than 14 days before your event or the other 50% is forfeited and not refundable. One reschedule is allowed with 14 day notice.
For purchases over $150 we offer free delivery within a drivable 60-mile radius of Gordonville, TX. For events outside that range, a $1.00 per mile (one way) travel fee applies and includes both setup and pickup trips.
We ask that you provide a dedicated table with any matching linens and florals or custom signage.
We usually arrive 2 hours before the event to complete setup. Timing may vary depending on your venue access and display complexity.
At Party Pantry, we specialize in a wide range of events, including weddings, corporate events, birthday parties, baby showers, and more!
Because we start ordering and preparing for your event immediately after scheduling, the 50% deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel less 14 days prior to event date, then the full payment becomes non-refundable. You may reschedule one time for a timeslot that we have available. Additional reschedules require a new deposit and booking.
Yes! We love creativity and can discuss custom shapes, color schemes, themed sprinkles, or flavors during your consultation. Let us know what you're envisioning!
We return after your event to collect display stands, jars, signage, and décor. If you’ve booked an attendant, they will help manage the table and assist with light cleanup during the event.
