At Party Pantry, we are dedicated to making your celebrations unforgettable. We specialize in creating delicious sweet treats and exquisite candy buffets and dessert tables that will elevate any event, from backyard birthdays and weddings to large corporate gatherings. We also take the hassle out of event planning by giving our customers up front pricing. We handle delivery, setup and pickup after, so it’s one less thing you have to think about.

Every Party Pantry display includes:
- A beautiful dessert and candy display, sized to your guest count
- ¼ lb. of candy and 3 desserts per guest; or 1.5 donuts per guests.
- Setup and takedown of all display items
- Custom themed décor and color coordination
- Use of jars, stands, signage, risers, and serving scoops
- Basic treat bags for guests to take home goodies
Want to go bigger? You can add on desserts, displays, treat bag upgrades and attendants anytime!
At Party Pantry, we specialize in a wide range of events, including weddings, corporate events, birthday parties, baby showers, and more!
Pickups are scheduled in Bonham, TX and the address will be sent at time of scheduling. Unfortunately, we do not have a brick and mortar store yet, we are working on it.
For purchases over $150 we offer free delivery within a drivable 60-mile radius of Bonham, TX. For events outside that range, a $1.00 per mile (one way) travel fee applies and includes both setup and pickup trips.
We recommend booking several weeks in advance, especially during peak seasons. However, we will always try and accommodate last-minute orders.
Yes. Everything is Custom Decorated, Ordered and Designed specifically for your event, so we do require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your event date and time. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before your event. And that half cannot be refunded after 7 days prior to your event.
If you're hosting a smaller gathering or want a more personalized selection, you can build your own package using our A La Carte Menu. We'll still include display setup and theme-matching details with purchases over $150, so even small tables feel special.
We usually arrive 1.5 to 2 hours before the event to complete setup. Timing may vary depending on your venue access and display complexity.
Because we start ordering and preparing for your event immediately after scheduling, the 50% deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel less 7 days prior to event date, then the full payment becomes non-refundable. You may reschedule one time for a timeslot that we have available. Additional reschedules require a new deposit and booking.
Yes! We love creativity and can discuss custom shapes, color schemes, themed sprinkles, or flavors during your consultation. Let us know what you're envisioning!
We return after your event to collect display stands, jars, signage, and décor. If you’ve booked an attendant, they will help manage the table and assist with light cleanup during the event.
